"And God said, behold I have given you every herb bearing seed which is on the face of the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food." Genesis
Sandra is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and a Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher. Sandra believes that all conditions can be assisted through nutritional support, gentle cleansing and lifestyle changes, and she has a special interest in digestive health (the core of many health problems), bone and breast health, immune system strengthening, allergy alleviation, inflammatory and stress responses, weight normalization, and women's health. Inflammatory conditions are involved in a wide range of conditions such as acne, arthritis, asthma, allergies, cancer, candidiasis and leaky gut syndrome, cardiovascular conditions and hypertension, diabetes, diverticulitis, Chron's and other inflammatory bowel disease, headaches, multiple sclerosis, polycystic conditions, prostate problems, sinus problems - the list goes on and on.
With her compassionate approach and a focus on principles of healthy eating and living, Sandra strives to educate and guide friends to achieve physical, mental and spiritual wellness, according to their unique needs. She integrates both traditional western nutritional principles along with Baha'i and Ayurvedic dietary concepts into her practice. Learn what foods are best for you and what foods to avoid, and learn how to integrate the new foods into your lifestyle. Her experience leading personal transformation events will also assist participants to gain new insights into their personal growth. Sandra's journey with holistic health started at a young age when doctors were unable to determine a cause for her ill health. This led her on a determined journey of self discovery and a recognition that each person's health lies in their own hands.
Our services were born out of a desire to share our knowledge with others and to help them take control of their own health. We promote the integration of plant-based foods into the daily diet and encourage simple lifestyle changes, resulting in dramatic changes to your sense of wellbeing.
